I want to take a moment to express my satisfaction and view of John Schloz. In May he listed and sold our house in Tempe in record time with no hassles or difficulties with the buyer or Title Company. His listing interview and subsequent visits with potential buyers were professionally handled and always convenient with both buyers and us. When the house closed, he was at the Title Company to insure that all the paper work was correct and timelines for move-out and exchange of keys were set. His continued correspondence has been informational and helpful in setting up a new home.

Wonderful Experience
Shopping and buying a house with John Schloz as my agent was a wonderful experience. John is the most knowledgeable agent that I have worked with yet. I own homes in New York City, Westchester NY, Southampton, and now Arizona. John understands that listening and paying close attention to what the buyer wants is the most important thing. Most agents try and talk you in to something to make a quick buck. I told john in detail what I was looking for and bought one of the first houses he showed me. However, before putting an offer in and moving quick, John showed me close to 25 other houses to make sure I knew the market, prices, and other styles as comparison. I came out of this experience with great knowledge of the phoenix market and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience.
